About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and drive the people strategy. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years Human Resources experience and be skilled in recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all recruitment activities, including devising job descriptions, posting job adverts, scheduling interviews and conducting interviews
  • Lead on employee relations cases, including disciplinaries and grievances
  • Organise and schedule mandatory training for all new and existing employees
  • Liaise with payroll department to complete payroll administration
  • Utilise the company HR System to update and revise employee records
  • Lead on performance management activities, including conducting performance reviews and tracking performance of employees
  • Drive employee engagement through conducting employee feedback surveys and organising wellbeing events

What You'll Need:
