Talent Acquisition Manager

You will lead a team of high-performing recruitment professionals and work closely with business leaders to identify and attract top talent.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that meets our business needs
  • Leading and coaching a team of recruitment professionals to achieve excellent results
  • Partnering with business leaders to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Managing budgets and resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes

We are looking for someone who has:

Relevant Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment with people leadership experience.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve outstanding results.

Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to translate this into effective recruitment strategies.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Market Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
