Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to join our dynamic team in Galway, Ireland.

About the Role
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution and delivery of complex projects ensuring alignment with strategic goals and managing multiple priorities under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and execute manufacturing and engineering projects.
  • Scope Definition: Define project scope, objectives deliverables and timelines.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments for project success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Science or a related technical field is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination within a regulated manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and supplier vendor coordination.
