Senior Building Project Manager Vacancy
Our client requires an experienced Senior Engineer to work on building projects in South Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting out and working as a Site Engineer, with excellent knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.
- Conduct site activities in accordance with the company’s health, safety, and environmental policies
- Ensure that all works are carried out to the highest standards of quality and timeliness
- Manage subcontractors and general workforce on site
- Plan and coordinate works to ensure project targets are achieved
- Order and control materials on site
- Maintain accurate records of discussions, meetings, and site activities
- Third-level qualification in Engineering
- 5+ years proven experience in setting out or working as a Site Engineer in previous roles
- Experience working with main contractors, subcontractors, surveying firms, or similar
- Good understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental regulations
- Salary €55k - €75k depending on experience
- Pension Scheme
- 21 annual days holidays and 9 public days
