Job Title: Building Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned building project manager to oversee medium to large-scale projects from design development to construction stages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of building projects.
  • Have experience with residential, retail, or commercial projects.
  • Be proficient in project management software and BIM tools like AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Stay up-to-date with current building regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Qualified architect or engineer with 3 years+ experience in project management.
  • Proven track record managing complex projects.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of building codes and regulations.
