Job Title: Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail operations manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of retail store staff, fostering a culture of excellence and driving sales growth through effective leadership.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock control, and maintenance of the store environment.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve employee engagement.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and training, and make recommendations for promotions or disciplinary action as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, including sales data, inventory levels, and employee attendance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of consistently delivering results, demonstrating strong leadership skills, and driving sales growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and suppliers.
  • IT literate, with experience using point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and other relevant tools.
