About the Role

The Employee Experience Manager plays a pivotal role in crafting an engaging work environment within our project. Reporting directly to the People Lead, this individual will strategize, plan, and execute initiatives promoting a unified team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strategy for employee experience on the programme, incorporating culture and engagement initiatives in consultation with the wider People function and Programme Executive Team.
  • Collaborate with the Programme Executive Team to align cultural initiatives with organizational and business goals.
  • Drive organisational values-based culture into practice through various initiatives.
  • Establish frameworks and documentation aimed at instilling a team approach, such as project charters and core behaviours.
  • Implement action plans based on feedback to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
Requirements

This role requires a dynamic individual who can drive cultural change and create a positive, collaborative atmosphere. The ideal candidate should possess strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and work alongside executive teams.
