
Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill this crucial front-of-house coordination role.
This position requires excellent communication, administrative, and organizational skills to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Act as the initial point of contact for all visitors, creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, event logistics, catering, and AV setup to guarantee a smooth experience.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, couriers, and deliveries with precision.
- Keep shared spaces, kitchens, and supplies well-stocked, clean, and organized.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and requests via phone and email.
- Provide general administrative support, including printing, scanning, and document handling.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to maintain high service standards.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar front-of-house or office coordination role.
- Background in legal or professional services environments is an advantage.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and AV equipment.
- Professional, polished, and approachable with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Calm, adaptable, and solutions-driven, even in fast-paced situations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
