Job Summary

The People Development Team within Human Resources is seeking an Executive Assistant to support key operational HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and enhance the delivery of learning and development services
  • Coordinate and support HR initiatives such as learning and development courses, career development supports, and outputs from Training Needs Analysis
  • Schedule, rollout, promote, record, and support blended learning initiatives
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate a high level of organisational skills with ability to deal with high volumes of converging activities
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships
