Job Title: Coach Developer

A dynamic and innovative role within the Aquatics sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a variety of courses, working with leisure facilities, swimming pools, and aquatic clubs across Ireland. This is a customer-facing role, suitable for someone who is outgoing and enjoys engaging with partners, clubs, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with leisure facilities and swimming pools to organize and deliver swimming teaching courses.
  • Provide course details to education support officers, ensuring courses are set up and advertised in a timely manner.
  • Manage queries related to Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Equivalency of teaching and coaching qualifications. Review all applications and organize practical assessments.
  • Deliver a range of courses (Teaching Swimming, CPD, and Safeguarding), with a target of 25 hours' delivery per week, across a mixture of daytime, evening, and weekends.
  • Provide Aquatics Academy training for partners.
  • Support the setup and delivery of conferences, tutor courses, and CPDs.
