Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Develop and execute a high-quality menu that meets our brand standards.
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and portion control to maintain consistency.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and control food costs while ensuring minimal waste.
  • Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with management to innovate and improve menu offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a chef, ideally in a similar environment such as a restaurant, hotel, or catering.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Possession of valid food safety and manual handling certificates (courses can be provided by us if required).
