About the Role

The HR Systems Implementer will oversee the implementation, optimization, and management of our HR systems, including recruitment, learning and development, and HR. This role bridges HR and Digital Applications Team, focusing on delivering systems that meet business needs, enhance user experience, and support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to design, document, and align processes for new system implementations
  • Support the rollout of HR systems, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and address feedback to optimize system performance
  • Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring stability, functionality, and user satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot where possible and escalate technical issues efficiently
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., HR, recruitment, learning management)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Cornerstone, iCIMS, Success Factors etc)
  • Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with diverse stakeholders
