Data Center Security Specialist

Ensuring the security and integrity of data centers is a vital aspect of our operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of our data center assets.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive lifecycle support to our data centers from design inception through site improvement and maintenance.
- Act as a primary engineering resource for your region, providing technical guidance and expertise to diverse teams, including:
- Design and equipment submittal review for security products in our data centers;
- Troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis with corrective action documentation for site/equipment failures;
- Directly supporting operational issues with ad-hoc training and critical equipment/event reviews;
- Reviewing designs for existing and new products to improve security and efficiency;
- Collaborating with internal design engineering teams, server hardware teams, and EHS teams to promote standards and best practices;
- Working on concurrent projects across multiple regions;
- Initiating and leading security site audits with risk and remediation reporting.
You will balance strong technical acumen with soft skills required to collaborate across the company to mitigate emerging risks. Engineers in this role must demonstrate resilience, composure, and tact when navigating complex problems, while maintaining a strong sense of customer obsession to keep our customers secure.
