This pivotal role will see you develop and implement best practices in CI/CD, automation, scalability, and reliability across our infrastructure and pipelines. You will lead technical innovation, guide cross-functional teams, and foster a culture of excellence.

  • Drive strategic initiatives and influence technical direction
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve technical objectives
  • Provide guidance on code quality, system design, and operational excellence
  • Mentor engineers, promoting continuous learning and growth

Key requirements include:

  • 12+ years of exceptional DevOps/SRE experience with a proven track record of technical leadership
  • Expertise in cloud platforms, IaC, networking, and security
  • Strong experience designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines with Gitlab, FluxCD, Python, and Go
  • Demonstrated success in leading technical initiatives and mentoring senior-level talent
