In this role, you will take full technical ownership of large and complex enterprise deployments. This includes ensuring seamless system installation, integration, and expansion. You will also act as the primary technical point of contact for key enterprise customers during pre-sales, implementation, and early expansion stages.


Key Responsibilities
  • Take full end-to-end technical ownership for large and complex enterprise deployments
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for key enterprise customers
  • Lead technical discovery sessions with client stakeholders to align on architecture, requirements, security, networking, and integration expectations
  • Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and position yourself as a strategic technical advisor
  • Collaborate closely with Client Success, Engineering, and Sales teams

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a technical implementation, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role
  • Proven experience leading complex technical deployments with enterprise customers
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
  • Technical proficiency across cloud platforms, version control systems, Unix/Linux systems, and hardware installation
  • A self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently
