Enterprise Architecture Technical Lead Role Overview

This role is pivotal in leading the design of innovative software solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards, driving meaningful outcomes for government clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with stakeholders to define requirements.
  • Interpret and apply enterprise architecture information for business improvement activities, particularly those involved in ICT system design, development, enhancement, and maintenance.
  • Maintain a coherent ICT architecture, considering security and quality.
  • Act as an expert focused on the design process.
  • Adhere to constraints specified at the outset of the design process.
  • Provide estimates for projects.
  • Manage risks appropriate to the contract team in delivering agreed deliverables.
  • Identify improvements to system architecture and processes.
  • Ensure application functionality delivery by all resources, adhering to quality and governance standards.

Required qualifications include a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject. Essential skills include demonstrating expertise in interpreting, using, and applying enterprise architecture information.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in technical architecture.
  • Experience with developing enterprise systems using open-source software.
  • Public sector experience preferred.
