Enterprise Architecture Governance Manager

The role of the Enterprise Architecture Governance Manager is to enhance and support the implementation of Enterprise Architecture practices across European businesses, reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embed European Architecture Governance into European Technology ways of working by developing and implementing effective governance frameworks and standards.
  • Serve as a key liaison between technology teams and business stakeholders to facilitate the adoption of new architecture communities of practice and tooling.
  • Design and implement reporting and insights capabilities to inform discussions on OKRs, technical debt, risk management, etc.
  • Coordinate and manage the EA governance process end-to-end, working across European Lines of Business to ensure value and high-quality architecture outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Self-organizing and structured, with a passion for defining and implementing best practices in architecture governance.
  • Highly collaborative, motivated to build cross-team partnerships and drive architectural alignment.
  • Organized and effective in coordinating large groups across functions, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within formal project management methodologies, including financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experienced change agent, supporting organizations through strategic change and innovation cycles, fostering an inclusive environment that values diversity and supports employee growth.
