Job Title: Enterprise Architecture Manager

We are seeking an experienced Architect to enhance and support Enterprise Architecture practices across all European businesses.

  • This is a hybrid role based in our offices, with a balanced approach of working from home part of the week and from the office the rest of the week.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Enterprise Architecture and will be responsible for embedding European Architecture Governance into our ways of working.

About the Role

The role involves supporting the logistics of new Architecture communities of practice and the rollout of new architecture tooling, introducing reporting and insights capabilities to support discussions on OKRs, technical debt, risk management, etc., coordinating and managing the EA governance process end-to-end, working across European Lines of Business to ensure value and high-quality architecture outcomes.

This is a growth role, and we encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply. While some technical understanding is beneficial, a strong technical or Architecture background is not required. Support and guidance will be provided, and this role is ideal for someone seeking a new challenge and the opportunity to shape a new function.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Embed European Architecture Governance into European Technology ways of working
  2. Support the logistics of new Architecture communities of practice and the rollout of new architecture tooling
  3. Introduce reporting and insights capabilities to support discussions on OKRs, technical debt, risk management, etc.
  4. Coordinate and manage the EA governance process end-to-end, working across European Lines of Business to ensure value and high-quality architecture outcomes
