Lead Event Strategist

We are seeking an accomplished event leader to spearhead the development and execution of a best-in-class events programme.

This pivotal role combines strategic vision, creative flair, and operational excellence to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships.

The successful candidate will lead the design and delivery of a comprehensive events strategy that showcases expertise, enhances brand presence, and optimises resources.

  • Develop and implement event standards ensuring consistency, creativity, and brand alignment across all programmes.
  • Manage event objectives, KPIs, and post-event evaluation to ensure measurable business impact.
  • Oversee the annual events calendar, aligning with firm priorities and optimising resources.
  • Deliver seamless end-to-end event management from planning to execution, ensuring exceptional attendee experiences.
  • Manage and negotiate supplier and contractor relationships, ensuring value and service excellence.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, ensuring events meet commercial and relationship-building goals.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven leadership experience in event management within large-scale corporates or agency environments.
  • Strong expertise in event planning and logistics with a track record of delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders.
  • Analytical approach, with experience in event measurement, ROI tracking, and reporting.
  • Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendors.
