Job Profile:

This role involves overseeing construction projects and managing site operations for various clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, with experience in planning, coordinating, and executing complex projects across different sectors.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage a team of professionals, including subcontractors and direct employees, to deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and senior management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Implement effective health, safety, and environmental practices on-site, maintaining the highest standards of quality and environmental sustainability.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders through effective communication and customer service.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Significant prior experience in project management or supervisory roles, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams towards common goals.
