Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to assist with social media content review and management.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve reported issues related to social media content.
  • Enforce community standards by monitoring reports of abuse on social media platforms.
  • Become knowledgeable about client products and community guidelines.
  • Use market-specific knowledge and insights to develop scalable solutions for improving social media support.
  • Gather, analyze, and utilize relevant data to improve the overall user experience.
  • Recognize trends and patterns and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in Hungarian on near-native level (C1-C2) in oral and written communication, with in-depth understanding of culture and social trends in the region.
  • Advanced level of English (C1).

Personal Qualities:

  • Strong personal resilience with ability to operate in pressured and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills, and empathy.
  • High adaptability and positive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to make decisions, prioritize, solve problems, and work as part of a team.
  • Effective time management & Prioritization skills.
  • Ability to consistently hit KPIs on time.
