About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in a paediatric setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing physiotherapy programs for children with complex needs.

As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support tailored to each child's needs.

This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week across Monday to Friday, with excellent benefits including free onsite parking and incremental HSE pay-scale.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for children with disabilities.">
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address physical, developmental, and functional needs.">
  • Providing therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall physical function.">
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.">
  • Educating and supporting families on physiotherapy techniques and strategies to continue therapy at home.">
  • Monitoring and documenting progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.">
  • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to the development of comprehensive care plans.">
  • Staying updated with the latest research and advancements in paediatric physiotherapy.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • A BSc/MSc degree in Physiotherapy">
  • Current registration with CORU">
  • Experience working with children with disabilities is highly desirable">
  • Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills">
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team">
  • A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation">
