Gastroenterology Unit Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Clinical Nurse Manager III in our gastroenterology department.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to make a meaningful contribution to patient care and management. As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the activities within our endoscopy unit to deliver high-quality patient care while ensuring efficient resource utilization and capacity planning.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of full-time relevant post-qualification experience and 2 years (or an aggregate of 2 years post-registration full-time experience) in the gastroenterology specialty or related area. They must also possess strong clinical, managerial, and administrative skills, as well as evidence of continuous professional development.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from €70,000 to €79,000 per annum, dependent on years of experience. In addition to this, they will also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
