Job Description

As a seasoned business finance professional, this role will involve driving strategic decision-making through financial analysis and reporting. You will act as the lead business partner for Employer Solutions, providing timely and insightful results and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • A strong track record of financial experience in a business partnering or FP&A role;
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to break down complex issues and articulate them clearly to senior stakeholders;
  • A motivated self-starter who is keen to build and drive financial processes;
  • Strong commercial awareness with proven technical knowledge;
Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Supporting Senior Management in delivering the team's overall Finance and business objectives;
  • Acting as the Lead Business Partner for Employer Solutions, ensuring the provision of timely and insightful reporting, results and analysis;
  • Preparing regular financial management reporting including costs and sales;
  • Playing an important role in the annual financial planning and budgeting process;
  • Driving continuous improvement in all aspects of financial reporting, deliverables and development.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • An excellent academic record - university degree in a numerate and relevant discipline, and holder of a professional accounting qualification;
  • 5+ years of Finance experience, ideally in a business partnering, FP&A or reporting role;
