We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Care and Development Specialist.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing daily support and care to service users
  • Assisting with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Accompanying service users on outings and activities in the community
  • Supporting service users with their education, skills development, and personal outcomes

They will also be expected to maintain professional working relationships with our team members and service users, while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Full Drivers Licence (or in the process of achieving one)
  • A Level 7/8 degree in Social Care or related discipline (or relevant life experience)
  • A good attitude to work and a passion for supporting people
