Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering High-Quality Clinical Data

The Senior Manager, Clinical Laboratory Sciences role is responsible for providing solutions that enable on-time delivery of our clinical portfolio. This includes ensuring quality practices are at the core of all activities performed in-house or delegated to third-party providers.

Fostering a Collaborative Environment

  • Serve as first-line supervision for team members
  • Foster an environment of shared learning where ideas, successes, and issues can be brought forward for the benefit of the entire team
Employee Development:
  • Attract, retain, and develop a diverse workforce including training and integration of new staff
  • Create and sustain an environment where team members feel comfortable speaking up, sharing ideas, and providing feedback

Meet Portfolio Deliverables through Project, Resource, and Operational Management

  • Understand functional sourcing strategies and TPO providers to align CLS resource with needs and development timing
  • Accountable for successful development and implementation of CLS deliverables for supported processes, molecules, and TPOs

Business Process Development and Quality Management

  • Sponsor an environment of shared learning within your team and across the CLS function
  • Monitor, measure, and evaluate to identify process improvement opportunities
Additional Skills/Preferences:
  • Strong project management abilities (timeline, monitor, budget, risk management, prioritization)
  • Knowledge of and experience with discipline-related processes and technology used for clinical trial data and labs
