Support Care Professional

The Support Care Professional plays a vital role in assisting individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities.
This role involves engaging in daily activities and routines that promote independence, dignity, and well-being for service users.
- Assist with daily activities and care as assigned by the Manager and Integrated Care Plan.
- Encourage recognition of individual needs and comforts.
- Act as an advocate to provide appropriate information and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
- Develop social interaction for individuals individually and in group settings.
- Participate in communication processes, including team meetings and staff forums.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold organisation's values at all times.
- Be flexible and willing to work shifts to meet service needs.
