As a Quantity Surveyor, your primary duties will include:
- Maintaining accurate records of project costs, including actuals vs budget comparisons.
- Preparing and negotiating change events, extension of time claims, and final accounts.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure smooth project execution and positive outcomes.
- Providing commercial advice and support to project teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and spoken communication skills.
- A professional qualification in quantity surveying or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
