Senior Quality Engineer

Post Market Quality Role
This is a quality engineering position focused on continuous improvement of products and processes.
The role involves working closely with customers, sales/marketing/field personnel, and cross-functional teams to address top quality issues.
Main responsibilities include oversight of nonconformities and corrective actions, activism and mentoring in problem-solving and root-causing activities, review of change management activities, maintenance of key performance indicators for monitoring of process and/or product quality, support of execution and analysis of complaints and product field actions, advocacy of human factor practices, proficient understanding of risk management practices and concepts, statistical methods and application, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of quality-related activities.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Implement corrective actions to address quality-related issues.
- Provide training and coaching to team members on quality-related topics.
