Job Description

Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to lead our Finance Transformation services. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term client relationships and networks. You will also lead delivery of client engagements, managing and motivating client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 8-10 years' relevant experience in consulting and finance operations. You should have expertise in areas such as Finance reporting, value and performance management, and finance process improvement and automation. A strong academic record, including a degree in a finance or business-related area, is also essential. In addition, you should have experience delivering business change in areas such as shared services and outsourcing, enterprise resource planning, and programme/project management.
