Main Duties & Responsibilities Include:
  • Contribute significantly to all Rooms Division and external operational briefs and planning meetings.
  • Ensure that the team performs in accordance with divisional SOP guidelines while challenging these guidelines and suggesting improvements.
  • Proactively maximize revenue opportunities and ensure that Front Desk Agents are assisting in achieving key departmental targets.
  • Focus on thorough and creative planning of day and night rooms operations pertaining to arrival experience, lobby management, Concierge experience, guest recognition program, inventory management & departure experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
