Job Description:

As a Head Volleyball Coach, you will lead and coordinate a comprehensive sports program that caters to the needs and interests of the district and community.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a well-structured sports program that fosters student growth and development.
  • Organize and manage all aspects of the volleyball team, including practices, games, and tournaments.
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure alignment with educational goals and objectives.
  • Recruit, select, and train student athletes to optimize team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies, state laws, and national regulations regarding sports programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum three to five years coaching experience in volleyball.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective coaching strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
