Job Description

CPL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing plans to attract potential buyers and tenants.
  • Create compelling property listings, advertisements, and promotional materials that showcase our properties in the best possible light.
  • Utilize various marketing channels, including online platforms, social media, signage, and print media to promote our properties.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities to ensure we remain competitive.
  • Generate leads, screen prospective purchasers/tenants, coordinate property viewings, and provide guidance and assistance to buyers throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records and address after-sales queries and issues promptly and efficiently.

  • Strong analytical skills to identify issues, assess risks, and develop effective solutions.
  • Adherence to ethical standards and professional integrity in all dealings with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in property sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of property management principles, real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Full clean Irish drivers licence.
  • PSRA licence (preferred).
