Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Quality and Patient Safety Manager to lead the development and implementation of quality and patient safety initiatives across our organization.

This key role will be responsible for driving quality improvement projects, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.

  • Develop and implement effective quality and patient safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices.
  • Analyze data to inform quality improvement initiatives and measure their effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification in a related field (e.g. nursing, medicine).
  • Proven experience in quality and patient safety management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
