We are seeking experienced Culinary Professionals to join our dynamic team as Chefs. As a key member, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards in food service and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
  • Carry out kitchen standard operating procedures correctly
  • Prepare dishes according to specified recipes and culinary guidelines
  • Comply with food safety and temperature standards at all times
  • Ensure the kitchen area remains clean, organized, and tidy
  • Effectively manage stock control of food items in your section
Requirements:
  • Culinary Arts qualification (QQI Level 6 or equivalent)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and dynamic individual
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • HACCP & Manual Handling certification (training can be provided)
  • Fluent English language skills
