Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer service activities, including order processing, query and complaint management, and liaison with warehouse and delivery teams.

You will also be responsible for ensuring customer orders are processed on time and accurately, handling customer calls in a timely and professional manner, and managing customer and sales team queries.

  • Call handling

  • Liaison with Accounts Receivable

  • Customer master data maintenance

Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English required
  • Customer Service experience preferred but not essential – Full Training is provided
  • Relevant 3rd level qualification preferred
  • High level of accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, CRM and SAP an advantage – full training is provided
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Strong service orientation
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal colleagues
