Job Summary:

This is a critical role for our organization, requiring an experienced Business Finance Expert to partner with senior management and provide financial planning and analysis of revenue as well as expenses.

The ideal candidate will have strong qualitative and quantitative skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making. A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills, they will be able to work independently and cross-functionally.

Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with functional leaders to prepare the annual budget and quarterly expense forecasts.
  2. Analyze month-end department expense results and prepare appropriate journal entries to ensure expenses are recorded properly.
  3. Manage the revenue and margin planning process on a quarterly basis.
  4. Provide objective analytical support to influence and reinforce expense decisions.
  5. Present monthly deviation analysis to explain bookings, revenue, and margin variances.
  6. Prepare month-end variance explanations and balance sheet account reconciliations for the Management Financial Package and Responsibility P&Ls.
  7. Monitor and provide insightful analysis around business key performance indicators (KPI).
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in either Finance or Accounting.
  • 3+ years of financial planning and analysis experience, preferably supporting global expense planning.
  • Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SAC, and SAP.
