Senior Staff Applications Verification Engineer Job

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Staff Applications Verification Engineer to contribute to our success. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including applications, verification, design, firmware, and systems architecture.

The role involves developing pre-silicon HW emulation and IC evaluation plans, designing verification IP for portability between UVM pre-silicon verification environments, FPGA-based HW emulation platforms, and final silicon. You will be responsible for system performance evaluation of candidate designs for IC tapeout, delivering and ensuring completeness of HW emulation test plans prior to IC tapeouts, and benchmarking FPGA and IC applications performance against customer requirements/specifications.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills to collaborate with manufacturing partners and internal teams. A comprehensive background in power semiconductors / semiconductor physics and/or electronics engineering is essential. Additionally, you must have a PhD, post-graduate or degree qualification in Electronic Engineering or similar, along with 10+ years' relevant engineering experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Development of pre-silicon HW emulation and IC evaluation plans

  • System performance evaluation of candidate designs for IC tapeout

Requirements:
