Childcare Administrator Job Description

This role supports the smooth operation of our childcare service and ensures compliance with administrative and regulatory requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and distribute parent invoices in a timely manner.
  • Manage fees from parents using Eazyeft Software.
  • Support the front office team.
  • Perform general office administration tasks including filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Handle communications via phone, email, and in person.
  • Assist with funding applications and compliance reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, IT, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently.
  • Discretion and attention to detail are essential.

Desirable:

  • Pobal and HIVE platform knowledge is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with childcare regulations and funding schemes.
  • Level 5 Fetac qualification or above in Childcare.
