Job Description

As an Appliance Installation Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by assisting our drivers with deliveries and appliance installations of goods in customers' homes. Your interactions with customers will be key in providing amazing service experiences that make Harvey Norman a great place to shop.

This is a white glove in-home delivery/installation operation where you will be responsible for loading and unloading delivery vans safely, delivering appliances direct from our warehouses or stores to customers' homes, and answering all phone calls/queries regarding deliveries from our Customer Delivery Office.

You will also be required to call customers in advance of delivery to confirm estimated time of arrival, assist with the installation of appliances and/or furniture assemblies, remove old products and packaging, and keep the delivery van clean and tidy at all times.

As an ambassador for the Harvey Norman brand and install & assembly/delivery service, you will adhere to the company's policies and procedures at all times and perform other related duties as required.
