Installation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as an Installation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting drivers with deliveries and appliance installations of goods in customers' homes, providing exceptional customer service experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vans safely and efficiently
- Deliver appliances directly from our warehouses or stores to customers' homes on time
- Communicate with customers in advance to confirm estimated time of arrival and manage their expectations
- Support with the installation of appliances and furniture assemblies, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for customers
- Remove old products and packaging materials responsibly
- Answer phone calls and respond to queries regarding deliveries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and Proof of Delivery paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Ensure the delivery van is always clean and tidy, reflecting positively on the company
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy appliances, with a focus on safety and efficiency
