Civil Site Supervisor Job Description

This role plays a pivotal part in the delivery of high-quality civil, water, and infrastructure developments. You will lead site teams to achieve outstanding results on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day site operations effectively
  • Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers successfully
  • Ensure project timelines, goals, and quality standards are consistently met

You will oversee civil and groundworks teams on-site and maintain detailed records including timesheets, supplier logs, and safety documentation.

Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and foster effective communication between site teams and project managers.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
  • Background in civil works, preferably with a focus on water infrastructure or utilities
  • Current safety and site management certifications
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities
