About CPL:

We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team in Dublin 18.

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of customer service and adhering to company and manufacturer best practices.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the motor industry in a similar role and possess excellent frontline customer service skills and experience.

You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of customer interactions, including scheduling, follow-up, and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating all aspects of customer interactions, including scheduling, follow-up, and feedback
  • Ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and issues
  • Managing all relevant administration related to the servicing and maintenance of customer vehicles

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the motor industry in a similar role
  • Excellent frontline customer service skills and experience
  • A working knowledge of vehicle management systems: Keyloop, Kerridge, Autoview
