
Project Management Office Assistant

We are currently looking for a skilled Administrator to join our team as a Project Management Office (PMO) Assistant. This role will involve working closely with the management team to provide administrative support and coordination of operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the management team to ensure accurate and timely reporting, while maintaining high-quality data standards.
Support the PMO Coordinator in managing project schedules and coordinating tasks among teams.
Track hours worked, budgets, and expenditures to maintain transparency and accountability.
Process customer invoices and assist with tender activities, including bid-operational tenders.
Facilitate training sessions, maintain project records, and collect timesheets from team members.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to meet project requirements and objectives.
Provide technical support on systems such as Salesforce, Eque2, and SharePoint to navigate complex management environments.
Maintain up-to-date health and safety documentation, project records, and training materials.
Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
Experience in working on bids, tenders, and project delivery is essential.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude.
Excellent communication and customer-focused approach, with a high attention to detail and strong literacy and numeracy skills.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and professional under pressure to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and Microsoft 365 applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is highly desirable.
