Product Manager Job

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team. This key role is primarily responsible for conducting thorough product analysis, managing the product life cycle, developing pricing strategies, and performing market research.

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Analyzing and monitoring the market and competition to ensure our products remain competitive.
  • Regularly reporting on competitor activity, market trends, and regulatory changes to stay informed of industry developments.
  • Developing product and pricing proposals, managing feedback and requests, and ensuring models are accurately built and priced in line with specifications.
  • Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on product information, timelines, and pricing adjustments.
  • Assisting in seasonal planning for sales, deliveries, and production volumes.
  • Communicating with the network to address product inquiries, discuss volumes, and gather feedback for necessary improvements.
Requirements
  • Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong attention to detail with an affinity for numbers – Maintaining accuracy and high quality of output at all times.
  • Strong decision-making skills – Reacting in a timely and effective way to any deviations to plan or process in a dynamic working environment.
  • Persuasive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills – Prior experience working with and/or presenting to senior management is desirable.
  • A high level of commercial awareness and knowledge of the automotive industry – Prior industry experience particularly in a Product, Planning, or Sales role is desirable.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse, motivated team – Leading by example while also demonstrating ownership of responsibilities using own initiative.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and tasks with competing deadlines and priorities – Adapting to workload demands effectively and efficiently.
