We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our esteemed team at a 5-star hotel. As a key member of our front office department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong background in hospitality management and excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for leading and supporting a dedicated team to ensure that every guest receives a warm, efficient welcome throughout their stay.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and provide training on SOPs and standards to maintain the highest level of quality service.
  • Ensure smooth arrival and departure procedures to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Handle reservations calls efficiently, providing a high level of guest care and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Participate in meetings, including the Morning Stand-Up and weekly Head of Department meetings, to discuss ongoing projects and address any concerns.
  • Oversee room allocations and coordinate with the Accommodation team to ensure timely availability and meet the needs of guests.
  • Promote the hotel, its outlets, and local activities to guests, enhancing their overall experience and increasing revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate filing and administration within the department, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Assist with recruitment and training of new team members, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Assistant Manager is essential, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
  • A fresh perspective on the role and forward thinking while supporting the team, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of Front Office systems, preferably Opera, and ability to effectively utilize technology to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
