As a Braeburn Cafe Supervisor, you will supervise and support baristas in preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages.

• Support the manager in driving sales and achieving sales targets.

• Motivate the team by challenging staff to meet achievable goals through effective leadership and communication skills.
• Ensure that the store operates in line with Braeburn standards, policies and procedures.
