**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our ICT and finance teams.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. They will also possess excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport with various finance and non-finance personnel.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the production of reports and track finance and contract documentation, including Purchase Order (PO) processing and Supplier invoices.
  • Monitor and maintain POs.
  • Provide contract management administration support, including checklist collation and documentation management.
  • Manage queries and cover for annual leave in other finance areas.
  • Assist with ad-hoc finance projects and tasks, as assigned.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • Invoicing and finance administration expertise.
  • Document management and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
