Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Employment Tax Senior/Assistant Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career in tax and make a real impact on our clients' businesses.

In this role, you will be working with a diverse portfolio of clients, assisting in ongoing client relationship management and contributing to the development of business growth initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with experienced professionals and be involved in shaping the future direction of our tax practice.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and developing relationships with key decision-makers. This will involve identifying opportunities to grow the business and implementing strategies to achieve this goal.
  • As part of our team, you will work closely with other professionals to deliver high-quality services to our clients. This may involve participating in projects, providing technical expertise and supporting colleagues in their roles.
  • You will also contribute to the development of new business growth initiatives, including identifying opportunities and developing proposals to present to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of relevant experience in tax, preferably in a senior or assistant manager role. A strong academic record and recent qualification in accounting (AITI/CTA) would be advantageous.
  • You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build quality relationships with clients and colleagues.
