Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, including CSA and high-profile data centre projects.

This role involves leading and supporting cost appraisal and value management exercises, managing estimating and cost planning, preparing and quality-checking Bills of Quantities and tender documents, overseeing procurement processes from start to finish, delivering accurate cost checking, valuations, and monthly cost reports, managing value engineering, lifecycle costing, and negotiation of final accounts, acting as a key client interface throughout all project stages, mentoring and developing junior team members, and helping grow our presence in the Irish market.

Requirements
  • BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
  • Pre- and post-contract experience in the Republic of Ireland
  • Excellent technical writing, communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage projects independently and represent us at meetings
  • Organised, proactive, and commercially astute with a collaborative mindset
  • A positive, flexible attitude and strong team-player approach
  • Ideally MRICS or MSCSI
